i think it's outline? I'm not sure though. But one thing you can fix is the line between the teeth, it's not always straight and connected, there's some blank gaps at the corner of the teeth too (or else it would looks kinda plane, especially when you open your mouth too loud). You can try similar thing for the lip too to avoid the outline.

@true relic I think the hairline is a bit too high and the biggest issue are probably the ends, since they are pretty edgy/rounded. Usually hair thins out

Also the shading on the side kind of pulls the hair to the side which would mean there's less hair at the bottom/shouldn't be as thick
