Hat: Looks good, just add some shadings to make it look more good

Eye Patch: you can make the patch look bloody below cause injured and shadings
too

Top: You can use the arm thing as a part shading and i recommend it to make like it a real top (patient clothing or sumth)

@hot copper I think that pair of glasses won’t stay on her face, they might fall off, because they seem pretty big, compared to her nose bridge (from ratio of template’s nose vs ur drawn eyes, then nose bridge is somewhere here in the area I indicate with red pen); unless u wanted to make big glasses for styles, otherwise this pair of glasses won’t work with other items of other outfits. I’d make the bridge of the glasses more curvy/elevated (what’s the word..?) like the blue line I indicate so would look less flat, and/or shorten the length of this bridge

@olive flax ur avatar's eye patch should be more rounded, and the squares in the corners can be lighter? The hat item look to plain and lacks shading, try making it less simple. The band-aid on the nose could also use a more traditional color like brown (?) but that's up to you. I think the gray shading on it doesn't look good, maybe change that up. Is the shirt supposed to be like a cast? it looks a bit confusing, so try to make it stand out and, again, shading, shading, shading, shading, shading. It's okay to ask for feedback, dont be sorry about that 🙂

Aight, heres some fb.
The eyebrows look angry, make them look more at awe/ sorta surprised. The the edge of the eyes is way too high up, lower them. Also, the eyeballs, the right one you wouldnt see the whole entire circle (so heres a reference photo on that)
Mouth looks really weird, try using lips. Also, blood would looked dotted new the mouth, would thin through the middle, and then get thicker at the end (like a raindrop) also, the blood raindrop would have a highlight to it.

Oh and another thing. The eyes look too big, make a bit smaller
