The hair looks unnatural and partly outlines. The shading seems odd with only line work. The lips aren’t centered and not even on both sides. Maybe use a symmetrical tool. And the eyes are wobbly and the highlights are mirrored and that’s not how physics work. Sorry if I hurt you with this but here is my feedback @astral wharf

The balloons look a little egg-like. Make them look alittle rounder
Also, the shading on the sweatshirt (I'm guessing to show where the chest is) the lines are placed a bit too high up. The boob lines would be lower.
Hair:add some shading to it. Another thing is instead of using lines to shade, use shapes, it makes it look way better.

It is really hard to discover what themes/styles people like and dislike. I just want to tell you to never give up on being a successful designer because of one outfit of yours getting tons of dislikes because that is how you can improve and see what people like and prefer. Try harder and never let them make you think you're bad at designing. People in vote are usually difficult, i can say that from experience. Sometimes you might like your design but others don't. But that is completely okay because everyone has other tastes and styles what they want to wear etc.
Be proud of yourself, the design is really good on how a little time you showed us your amazing talent.

if it goes with offer, then keep those elf ears are okay, offers have no limited amount of items (but you still should have one hair version with elf ears + one without elf ears to fit skin tones, like all elf ears outfits in game do). If it comes with a quest clan, you still can follow the solution above but it's not recommended since quests have a limited amount of items, from 4-8
