it's looking very flat at the moment, I also have not much to say about this. Oh there are lines in between where the colour changes in the bigger bubble.

• Shirt

One part is outlined and there seems to be some blurring here and there, mainly near the collar bone and 'holes' I don't know how to call. I think the main colour of this is a tad too vibrant for your current palette. Oh and it could use some shading.

• Hair

hairline is too high, lacks shading and the tufts of different colours don't really look natural, are the white lines highlights? If they are, I suggest you shade and highlight with shapes instead of lines (have an example #avatar-ideas message)

• Mask

I'll be assuming the bubble is a mask but I know it could also be just the mouth. The highlight is not consistent with the back item's highlight, it could use a bit of shading and I suggest it to make it more circular than oval.

• Overall

I like the colour palette but the design is looking very flat at the moment, I'd be happy to see more progress on this, even though my feedback could be very blunt, please don't take it as an offence

Colours seem to be too clashing, almost hurts the eyes. I would do some false blending in the eyes and change the line colour on the shirt when it comes to the arms to a deeper purple. Mini eyelash on the eye wont be seen in game. Eyes may be a bit too far apart but I am unsure. Collar of the shirt needs a bit more depth. ♡ otherwise great job so far @untold ingot
