the end just make me nervous smh, you could try the fade tool in ibis (pen icon on top right - force fade) it can help you a lot ^^ also i think it's lack of shading, would you dont mind show me the hair without hat?
Shirt
like someone said above, the 2 leaves on her neck is kinda outlined/2d + it's lack of shadings too. i'd refill them the same color and use shading instead. if you dont know where to put, feel free to ask
Eyes
they are cockeyed with me and maybe a bit bit bitt low. also the eyebrow should be higher (and longer?)

i like it! but it'll be better even more if you make the lines smoother :) same goes with other items

they are kinda flat and the way those tiny creatures (my english dont let me remember its name-) being covered by transparent green is weird, or at least with me 🙈 recommend to move green layer below those creatures layer

dont use separate layer for outlines then remove it. i highly recommend either to use the base color other than black (example if you r going to draw yellow hair, use yellow as base color and outline color then lately fill the inside when u've done outlines) or use black as outline then fill fully thing you have outlined -> use clipping to change color @quick harbor

but im not sure if sketchbook has clipping thing

just dont draw black outlines and remove, it will make the item looks shaky and clumsy
