@hot copper hey! a bit too late because i just woke up but here are some of my feedbacks if you havent submit

Hair
the shape is really good tho! but i found out many spots that are ‘messy’ and ‘random’ at the end of the curl, if it supposed to be like that, you still should fix them for perfectly shape 👀 also try using shapes instead of lines for shading (i prefer the way you shade top of the head than the end of it) and the important thing, it goes behind back. Hair must not go behind because some reason, you can look in pinned for it!
Mouth
It's vibesss The shape looks dope, and i'm wondering why are so many sketch dark red lines there? if you want to recolor, fill it fully. If the purpose is what shows out right now, try with bigger lines (small items/detail wont show barely in game, you can try zoom out/in your canvas to see how it will look ig) but i dont think lines will be a good idea
The black transparent thing (?)
Is that eyes part or hair part? i guess hair huh, still dont like how you do the sketchy lines at the end (and it may not fit with game style too, who knows xD?) recommend to end it with one straight line only
Others
hat: no comment. but it looks shaky with me, ||make it smoothieeerrr||
fg: like someone has said above it stands out and look a bit not related. is there a story behind them?

Hair: its looks cool, but therr are too many smol lines, try making it more SIMPLISTIC to match WWO style. The ears in the back look to REAL, so make the fuz larger (ill show u an example )

Eyes: im sure that u just took the eyes shape from in game (default) try making ur own shape it might lokks rly cool!
Mouth: I suggest u make the mouth a mask that has the face on it (or not up to u) other wise it would look better if u took away the smol dots and made the mouth/tounge smoler and higher up

Shirt: its good, but it seems long make sure its the same length as ur template

Hair: the transition between the white and black extremely odd, try adding some shading in the middle(like the one in the picture) The hair in general needs shading. Got example, make the bangs so that you can tell the difference between the bangs and the rest of the hair. The purple and green in the hair looks random, so try fake gradienting the black into the purple/white into the green oorrr you could do a green that looks similar to the white hair. Theres a lot of outline in the hair which is not allowed so get rid of them completely

Eyes: add shading to the eyes and pupils to them. Outline around the eye so get rid of that. (I made an example eye) the eyebrows are too thin so make them thicker.
