@blissful temple ah sorry for the delay, something quickly came up anyways, it looks really good so far. You can see the improvement that you made! But there were a few things i noticed, being these things:

-the shading on the collar is very linear, which makes it look not as a real collar but rather some plastic. Try to use make it a little more realistic so with more curves
-the oranges on the pattern are very flat and just look like ornage circles. Maybe add some detail on the oranges, like highlights and shadows, be careful with this tho that the shading only affects the oranges and not the whole shirt. This might be tricky to pull off tho
-you can see the shading from the armpits pretty clearly, which is good but the shading goes over the arm which does not make a lot of sense and makes it look like they have a veryyyy tiny arm. If you could shrin the shading at the sides then that would fix a lot
-that one line if shading in the mid of the shirt looks kinfa out of place. It is just there and thats the only purpose. You can keep it if you want to, but it is a little out of place

the duplication tool is pretty much a line that duplicates what you draw on one side to the other one

on medibang such a thing doesn't exist but you can duplicate files and then switch the places horizontally or vertically, but you need to find the middle of the file

Here's the difference between using shapes and lines when shading hair.
The left one makes it look more lively imo while the other looks more sketch-like.
Don't take the way I shade as an ultimate example since there are a lot of ways of cell shading you could experiment with and that others use.
