@quick harbor okay, this is a really good start, im guessing this is your first time designing? i didnt see you here before 😛, but here are some things i noticed that you can correct:

-it really reminds me of your current profile picture, your profile picture is from gacha life right? make sure it does not get too close to your profile picture because it might be seen as copyright which can get the devs in trouble! try to change it so it looks less like your profile picture
-the eyes are really big, try to make them a little smaller
-the eyebrows are nowhere to be found eyebrows are quite important so try to add them
-her eyes are placed way too far down, probably due to the hairline, try to make the hairline higher and so place the eyes higher as well
-what are the white/purple/pink stripes on the shirt? they seem a bit out of place
-from far away it looks like the hair has gradient, try to make the change in color a little less gradient like (like make the light pink transition a little bigger
-the lolipop just kinda, floats in her mouth or doesnt seem to be in her mouth, maybe turn it a little so it looks more like it is actually in her mouth

overall this is a really good start for a new designer. it still needs some fixing but those are rather smaller things, please keep the possible copyright in mind tho

Dragon scales should have some edges since they are supposed to be layering on top of each other 😊 you could keep the current pattern, just try first with some shading and maybe highlight some of the scales to add a bit of "shine" to it @gentle lily
