The hair is a bit messy as its shading also looks random, perhaps the hairline is too high as well. I've suggested before to use the mirror tool in some parts (for example eyes but not on highlights) as it could help you a lot.
It does look better than your previous version, keep improving!

1. Sometimes when i want to switch between straight lines ( Bézier-Trails ) and "round lines" ( B-Spline-Trail ) it doesn'work , I mean when I use shift to fix a point/knote
2. When I switch them , I can't fill in the full surface. I mean when I ise Straight lines then I use shift to fix the end lf the line.Then when I choose another line modus und go at the knote....and when i am finish with the surface , I just can fill in some strange surfaces and not the whole one , i can send a example

@quick harbor hey good improvements are there you can make the edges of the hair sharply. the dots on the hair will not be visible in game and shading is required. i think it will be better if the opacity of highlights of the balloons is decreased. eye highlights are mirrored.
