like i said be4 the hairline is bit too high, her top hair confusing me too but its not a big issue
Shirt
good idea tbh, but you should lower her ribbon down (red marked) and fix the details on two sides (green marked) that look randomly placed and a bit messy. more shading too the shirt so it wont look flat
Background
i highly recommend using circle ruler for drawing wheel, it helps a lot 👀 also those pumpkin and maybe whole outfit needs more shadings, i have coloured some place you should do the shade with black in pic, and the wooden thingy behind the wheel blends with its shading, maybe change it too?
Mouth
bigger mouth and thicker detail line would better ^
