You do not have to use white color as a whole in highlighting the hair. I do not mean it is not allowed but it does not fit the hair & sonblo have brought up before that the boobs are wayyyy too high & i do think he is very right. The shapes has shaky lines && as for the hair i brought up that you can shade it in bigger shapes.

There's no actual "style" to WWO eyes, as you could tell it keeps changing. However it does look a bit too detailed (pupil colors and amount of lashes, also hair shading), but in general it's really pretty

for wings I guess you can layer it instead of using just lines. Like, the outermost part can be the lightest, then getting darker as they reach the body

that would avoid outline issue

hair could use darker shading imo, plus I would make the buns bigger and stand out more, they don't usually get that flat and close to the head

I'd actually move the hair and eyes up since your hairline is relatively low and they make the eyes also lower. plus eyelashes could be a bit longer. For blushes i think you could tune it to be a bit more pink (try eye colors) since I guess it will be invisible on darker skins. Lips could be a little bigger but I like them something I would use definitely

@eager iron Remove the outlines & the hair is covering most of the face. If you fix the hair a bit & move the eyes higher it should be good to go.
