-the star patterns on both sleeves seem clearly copypasted. moving the stars on one side would make it look better

-the wings dont seem to be connected to the body really, it looks od and it just looks like the wings are floating

I think the colours are different though, it's supposed to be pink, purple and blue (please correct me if I'm wrong) while you made pink, lilac and purple- It should be easy to fix.
I think I see gradient on eyes and hair (transition from pink to purple) but it might be the grainy quality.
The shirt looks like it's made of latex by the way it 'hugs' the body --don't know if it's your intent-- I suggest to add some wrinkles and folds to it to make it look more like a turtleneck shirt.
