Hair:

looks kinda flat because it also lacks shading that makes it look more like hair and on the ribbons as well.

Eyes:

They're very pretty but something bugs me about the eyeliner, especially on the lower part, I think it's the fact that it's round(?).

Mouth:

don't really have much feedback as it looks cute but maybe the middle line on the tongue could be a dark red instead of black.

Shirt:

looks flat so shading is needed here as well.

Piercings:

they might be too little and unnoticeable in game (the ones on the ear and nose), also, I think it looks weird having piercings surrounding half of the nose(?).

Other:

a lot of features are placed on the right (our right) side of the avatar so the left side look. bare and empty.
I really like the palette you're going for and the avatar looks very very pretty so far

The shading is very soft and a very sinilar color to the lighter one that in some places it's not very visible, I'd make it just a tad darker.
As background maybe try to get inspired by these images I found that might spark some cute Halloween bg ideas.
