Hat:

Lacks shading and from the way it's drawn it looks a little tilted to the front so the top dot (I don't know how to call it) would be placed wrongly

Hair:

Even though the hat is covering, the hairline seems to be a tad too high. The hair shading doesn't really make it look more like hair so I suggest to improve it (take a look in #dev-vote to see examples)

Eyes:

they're too high up and also too far away from each other in my opinion and the highlight is mirrored. The could also be a little big.

Mouth:

I am quite inexperienced in drawing mouths therefore this might be just me but, I think the shadow would be on the top as it shows that the upper lip casts shade over it. As I said, I don't know how to draw mouths so what I'm saying could be totally wrong.

Shirt:

has little to no shading and since it hangs so low I'd make a collarbone and show a bit of cleavage

Hair:

It looks a bit too messy in my opinion, maybe you can make it less random? Random but not too random, you know? XD and for strains not just random lines, but lines in direction of the hair. Also the part where the hair splits, there you need something too

Eyes:

they are a bit too high and also could be closer to each other, is there gradient in the iris? For the iris, i would make it a bit bigger but you can also keep it like that 🤔

Mouth:

the male mouth is a bit hard 👀
