Then u go to another canvas with your chosen background pic
Blur it
Then add the transparent png of your design onto the background

Then you click on the --- your on iOS idk if it's the same
But there should be a square with these sort of lines --- yk

And there u select "select portion"
Then you add another layer
Then you click on the same square and select "create border" and then you can basically choose how thick it should be
Usually 24 px is a good thickness
Then you press on okay
And then you turn down the opacity of the layer the border is on

I'm ok with some of the highlights overlapping the shadow near the end of the stroke but there are some lines that look a little awkward if overlapped at the start of it

There's also a line that should be thinned out at the end (at least it's my opinion, I don't know if you intended to make it like that) and a small bump that should be easily fixed
