Back: that's a veeery large flat space with almost no highlights or other details. Usually designs have too many details / highlights, in this case it's not enough 😊 for being such a large item that everybody notices, it could use a bit more lvoe
General: straight lines please! 🙏 Looks like you might be drawing by hand, still straight lines make such a big difference in making the cartoon style appear clean
Books: interesting. Immediately reminded me of the Turkish flag 🤔 maybe less crazy bright moons and a bit variation? 🤷‍♂️
Candel: interesting, almost disappears though.
Necklace: that's a veeeeery thin line 😊

Overall: it's a very "realistic" style. While fine in theory, wwo traditionally has a more cartoon like style (looking at the 2 animals especially). Up to you
The witch tattoo (?) might get a bit hard to read in game. Unsure. You can viewing a smaller version of the image
Shading: there are a few large areas which feel a bit "flat" (hair and the 2 animals). The shading is not too strong on your designs so that's good, not sure how to make them look a bit less flat though 🤔

the top of the head, idk why there’s such a hard cut on top, the ears could be pointier, the sideburn things on the side of the head seem too big and not in the right shape of a wolf head, the eyes could be lower and more apart, but i suggest looking at refs to fix

Hey @limpid ibex looking sweet!

Themen in general is nice. Overall my main critique would be that some parts are hard to see / recognise:

Wings: they have two separate wings, right? The colours are so similar to the front items that it's hard to know where one stops / the other stars. Because the front item is so big you might consider doing 2 same wings instead, or alternatively make the wings more visible
Front item: same problem ,just in reverse. The blade is really hard to see over the wing
Hair: cute
Dark wings: shading is a bit funky, not perfectly sure why. Maybe a bit hard?

Overall nice work! Just make sure that wings / front are more clearly visible and this might be really cool 😊

About the shape, the hair on the right above is a little bit big on the left and it covers the ears a bit. Just my opinion about it 😅
