The hair shape is a little weird...is it pulled back on the top?
Freckles are too small and wouldnt show ig, you can keep them but make them bigger and have fewer of them
You've outlined all of your items with shadows...I would try to avoid that

I really see the improvements you made on this design and wow it is stunning. But even with those amazing improvements that you made there are still some flaws, here they are:

-the outfit is really detailed, a bit too detailed for the wwo style 😅 try to remove some of the details like on the flower foreground or on the birds
-the female mouth is off, i think this is due to the darker blue you added in the bottom, and the lips being really thick in general or the bottom part of the lip. Depending on how you look at it you can fix it. Possible ways are in yellow and red
-small error on the boy shirt (in black)
-the mouth of the boy has this random bump, it would look smoother without it (see blue)
-nagini pointed this out before but the letters and words need to be written by hand and not typed

Overall i really adore this outfit. Only a few errors keep this outfit from being perfect, mostly being the mouths and the amount of detail you put into it

the red and yellow might not be that clear but i couldnt zoom in more

I didnt see you before here, so im guessing this is your first design? If it is not im sorry, im forgetful so 👀 anyways:

-the mouth has outlines, so please remove those
-the lines on the shirt and the skate park in the background, especially the dark grey part of it, look kinda wobbly in general, do you have any tool that can straighten lines or a tool that draw straight lines? If yes i would suggest you to use those
-did you draw the letters yourself? 👀
-it kinda triggers me that the lightning and wwo on the skateboard are not centered, can you center it please?
-the outfit here and there have some random dots, like in the left eye or on the hair, try to fix them
-the spot i marked in green is distracting and shouldnt be there
-the outfit has random lines all over the place in the hair and eyes, i found some which i marked in yellow
-the hair has a bit of gradient, look what i marked in blue
-the cap ends out of nowhere really flat, even the end of caps need some volume, see black markings

Overall it is a decent start, there are still some mistakes with the styleguide or just in general

@willow seal I think you could use lighter colors for bear and glasses, they stick out too much.
I'd make hairline a bit higher and add some loose hair falling on face.
Some tails on pillows could be nice :3

Eyes:

They are too low and big, additional too far away from each other, At least it looks like it. If you place the hat a bit higher and then the eyes it could work. It also looks like the iris is not centered? Hard to see because of the hat item ^^'
Hat:
Well uhm, if you check the bottom part, you see how the item ends. Hat item is above the shirt layer which would make it a little bit weird if you add another shirt a shirt without the fur I would make a clear line where it ends and maybe like the hat item of the penguin from an older battle pass? Will search it up if you don't know how it looks like 😉 Maybe make the inside of the hat a bit darker too. ~~details on the ear are too thin to be visible in game, make the thin lines thicker.
Mouth:
reminds me of anther one but I am not sure, would have to check it.... I think the snake which is in game already?

@next talon sorry, feedback wasn't finished 😄 Feedback was about colours, not shading. Almost all colours are white / light grey. On top the weapon is above the wings which are above the moon. So they are a bit hard to see individually (because of the no borders thing ...). Does that make more sense?

• Shading on the hair / shirt might be a bit hard, maybe on the gravestone skull to.
• All colours are a bit "pale". Is that on purpose? It definitely makes it more freaky. Traditional wwo style would be more lively colours (pink logo ^^), this doesn't have to be a good / bad thing though. So again, up to you :D

@next talon about the colours again: in both cases the colours are a bit pale come to think of it 🤔 Not "pale" in a negative way, it is a valid style for drawing. "But", wwo is usually more cartoon-style and cartoon-style usually has stronger / more vibrant colours? 🤷 This is not about shading, shading should if at all possible be non-hard. Just the colours can be proud and joyful (or dark scary whatever ... ) 😊

• Promo background probably doesn't help the above effect. Take the female crown, it has almost the exact same colour as the background. As a result only the white things above the hat are visible
• Hair strands: shading is not too much, that's good. The hair strands are maybe a bit thin though. Could be matter of taste though as well 🤔
• Center gravestone is nice. Realistic, but nice. The two smaller ones are a bit detailed, with all the different colours making it a tad confusing.

The highlights are too light and not really hair direction in my opinion and I would only use highlights or shading to keep it more game style
