The hair is nice, just a bit messy. The feathers imo need more secure of a hold on the headband, along with neater lines. For the headband itself I'd say the shading doesn't make sense. Eyes, they just need more smoothing and detail. The little... things under the eyes don't make sense either. Eyebrows just need more shape.
