First of all:

I like the idea with the hair and ears and also the palette looks good. I'm a blue fan anyways xD

Hair:

The hair style is too sketchy aka has too much thin lines, s/all details and strains. I would suggest to remove them and replace them with shading. You can find good examples in #dev-vote. Easier Shading is most likely game style and easier additional it is good visible. Your current strains won't be visible in game at all. Same for the ears. Basically all strains which are just lines won't be visible. Example the one which crosses with the ear on the left. The hairline is also too high

Eyes:

looks too high but the reason for this could be, that the hairline is really high. And the eyebrows are thick, maybe try to make them thinner for a girls version. The reason is, that females have thinner eyebrows normally and this makes it look less messy. Again here: use shading or highlights and not lines. Use shapes and not thin lines. I also do not know if a mirrored blush works xD I basically think the blush is too big and too eye catching for this design. Gradient is not allowed

Shirt:

It is a really nice idea, but the part up to the neck looks a bit thin. Maybe you ould make it thicker? And one sided shading isn't really used anymore 👀

Mouth:

Chocolate has outlines, is too thin and it looks really flat ^^'

All in all:

Nice work but pretty messy, this will probably improve if you work on it and with time 😉
