Imo, The dollar signs should be more "Uniform" if you will. The same, really, maybe some less opaque. The hat doesn't fit the head, it just sits on top,its also very mirrored, along with the glasses. Speaking of glasses, I'd say those are outlined, but I don't really know the rules on that. The shirt, the shirt is actually okay. I like the shirt. For the front item though, I'd say, make it more even and More detailed/visible. It seems too small. For the mouth, its fine. Nothing to really change though it could be edited slightly. Otherwise, I like the concept.
