And I mean anyone, can get absolutely flawless lines with it

Also it's easier to understand
Ibis has a lot of stuff squeezed into one corner while medibang has them all organized by purpose and it's easy to find functions

I have tried to use Ibis paint but I find it horror to use and usually newcomer's struggle with getting clean shapes in Ibis meanwhile in medibang that's no problem at all

Medibang is rather beginner friendly if you have no experience whatsoever

This is a cute start!
However,,, there are some things that u should change 💕

First of all, the shirt and mouth contain outlines, which is prohibited by the wwo style guide, so you should remove these ^^
As for the shirt, it looks nice! But it could use some arm seperations for the overshirt?
And some shading as well?
Also on the white part underneath since the over shirt would throw a shadow

As for the eyes, try making the eyebrows a bit thicker and closer to the eye in order for them to look more natural

For the mouth I would just remove the outlines and instead add some shading to seperate the front and downer teeth row

Do you have any theme for it yet? So I can help you storm ideas? ❤️

As a hat maybe some sort of headband in black or white and then u could add some of the liquorice snails on it cuz that's what i usually think abt when I hear liquorice to be honest hehe

And for background I think either a forest, cuz liquorice is basically sweetwood with some trees but like liquorice twizzlers as trees and maybe some elements in the pink-ish colour as well as there is also read/pink liquorice just as some accents

Or maybe a like a bag of sweets with liquorice falling out of it? But that's again generic and not really theme specific but with candy I always gotta think of these cakes where it looks as if the candy was falling out of its package onto the cake 👀
