Anyways, I have a suggestion for the hair. I find some of them not necessary (crossed in red), and I would change the direction of your fringe since your roots start from the left side (marked in blue, no need to change anything here)
My suggestion is in green, I think the hair behind and on the right side is too long compared to the rest of hair. I'd make the right side a little less fluffy, and shorten it up

Also I think you could mix different shades of smokey blue for smoke in the grave, it would look pretty nice
Oh and I would make your staff maybe more golden/metalic? The red and brown shade doesn't match each other very well imo, but this is a personal opinion

You can use black shapes to draw the shapes of fur instead of using just a line

At the moment they look pretty plastic imo. Since ears and hair are not with shiny material, I think you dont need that bright highlight there

I think the 2nd one is better, the pupils are outlined tho (I think). I do like your original eyes, she has a more innocent look. Maybe combine your pupils with your friends eye shapes and lashes? Your eyes could have bigger highlights and irises.
