Well we told you what should be adjusted... Black outlines around teeth, black outlines around pupils, the bow needs to be in front of head if it's supposed to be a hat item (otherwise it needs to stay with your hair and cannot fit on other skins) @shy loom
By staying with hair, I mean bow and hair would be 1 item
And if that's the case, you need 1 more item to complete a clan quest design (needing 6 items)

Hair should be colored shapes, not using fancy brushes or gradient to shade. It's better if you use hard brushes because WWO design is vector based, thus everything need to be traced later to be in the game

@smoky nacelle I think the shading color is a little too dark for me (also I guess you could use color from the hair in the back). The 2 lighter strands in the front could start directly from the roots as well.
not gonna comment on your shading techniques because I sux at it π
@quick harbor if it helps, you could check if there is a stabilization option in your app as I see your lines seem quite shaky. Eyes could still be a tad smaller but I think they look already better.
And keep the eyeshadow :)

@smoky nacelle you don't need to do very detailed shading, sometimes simple shading is enough to work for WWO. You can also look up cell shading for more inspirations ^^ and yeah, shading doesn't always need to be transparent black, any transparent dark color would work as well (and could make the image warmer/colder)

I personally find your hair colors and shadings too saturated (meaning dark parts are too dark and bright parts too bright, lots of contrast here). This is just a personal preference, however.
Another thing is that, I don't quite understand the structure of your hair ^^' since she has a split fringe, the root should also be a bit visible on top of it, but you used a highlight over it, so it looked rather confusing
Last thing, I find the white swirl on her shirt rather distracting (maybe because of the dark outline). It looks like air being sucked in to that hole on her shirt, is it the intention? :p I'd lighten the dark outline a little more regardless, it would lighten her shirt somehow ^^

@terse warren Hi, thank you very much for your feedback. Yes, I'm still a bit confused about the hair because I drew that using an app, I usually use manual pen then trace it using the app. I'm using gold colour shade as my colour palette, maybe that's why they were too saturated. Can you give me more advice? I'm not an english native speaker, so if you use easier words, that would be very helpful π

The metal pieces where the strings go through look a little wobbly, try working on that
Otherwise it looks good

Try making it slightly transparent if that is possible with the program you're using

Also they're asymmetrical, try mirroring the right side onto the left
Eyes:
You used blurrtool/airbrush for the reflections, that's not allowed
The color is really pretty, good choice :)
Using the basic shape is allowed, but it's preferred if you draw them yourself
Hair:
On the left side there's a missing spot, above the ear
Also the hairline is too high, try moving it down
Otherwise it's very good for your first design, I like the idea and I can imagine it being a great Clan Quest
