well for offer is not easy and its need hard work !
so first try to add more shadow for hair (im not good on shadow so idk how to help you xD)
the front items is so big !
fix the mirrored highlights
the eyes a bit far from each other
for shirt i dont see anything good on its ( its flat try to make it vector with some shadow and more details on it :F i guess its diving set ?
and for the grave outlines not allowed ! and its looks weird Dolphin is dead while standing maybe make it as gravestone with gray colors like tombstone would be cool !
at the end i would also suggest you to make 6 items only as start ! you can submit 2 outfits (boy and girl each one has 6 items) so at less one of them would be in game bcuz offer this days has a lot of details and shadow which would be hard to take your outfit as its your first design !
its great start tbh i would like it if you could add more details (exactly on hair cuz its hardest part)
