Too! Just in my opinion the eyes are pretty big, like the mouth too and there is much Grey space. The mouths shape is also kinda weird which is probably because the teeth show the line of the mouth ^^' and why is there a random red paw if everything is yellow black Grey?
imo n the mouth is something missing

I agree with Hyde. The red seems out of place. Id either change it or change it to that gold thats been used. Maybe a fake gradient in the grey to make it seem like its shadowed?

If youre gonna do red like the mouth, maybe use the same hue. Not so bright

As for the mouth, maybe some darker back teeth? As if there was more than one set.

This is a really nice start as design UwU I really like it and the idea in it is good!
Here is a little bit feedback:
For the hair:

it looks kinda flat at the moment nearly like plastic. Mostly because of the shading style. Also the hair itself is stiff and like needles ^^: it looks like they are outlined and I would suggest to make it less like glued on the head/shirt. Also if you zoom in, you can see some kind of outline?
Hairpiece:
is pretty big and looks out of place ^^'
Shirt:
to small and small (too much) details. You won't see it in game, when the avatar is much smaller. Try to reduce them.
Necktie:
if you look in the bottom the actual shading is basically just the skin and blends in with it.
Necklace:
is there one?
Eyes:
again to thin ^^' small and the eyes looks like she looks like she's looking in two different ways

hair:

it has a really nice hairstyle and isn't too stif. It looks like it is actually "free" and not glued on the head! +1 ⭐ for this xD
Sadly I don't think the hairs shading does really fit the werewolf online style. It looks like different lines and I would suggest to use actual shapes and not lines. Shapes like you actually used but only for the biggest shadows.

is the hat item supposed to be the ring or the horns? are they together? Because I can't see it here to be honest. But well lets start with the horns:
They look pretty flat. Yes you tried to make them less flat by adding the twist and shading, but if you look at this twist, it looks like you folded the horn or a oiece of paper. Again these lines too ^^' Zo make sure you understand why lines are most likely a problem, the avatar is much smaller when it is in game and you won't see these details anymore then. You always have to make sure stuff you make is visible in game or it is unnecessary detail.

@quick harbor nice work :3 there are a few things I'd like to point out:

• I'm not sure what the extra space from her armpit to her shirt is. Is this shirt supposed to cover only the chest? (Leaving waist visible?)

• I think the shirt is not curved evenly on both sides, the left chest looks bigger than the right part.

• The brown (squid?) looks a little out of place here (since the skin has nothing in brown). How about making the brown part also blue ( with white eyes) to give it more of a yin-yang look?

• I can see the outlines of the hair, which is understandable since your hair color is very light, however this is not recommendable. I'd try to give her darker shadow towards the hair tip, or even make her hair a little more golden blond to make it stand out a little. (Btw, did you change the original template skin? There's no shadow/hightlight part 😅)

• Last thing, consider blurring the background image to make your skin stand out some more. The detailed background distracts the eyes from your actual masterpiece :3
