Tho there are some minor critique points I would advise you to change!

First of all, i think the darkest shading colour in the hair, especially where her shorter front hair hits the rest of her hair is too dark
It makes the shading look too harsh and not really well fitting

As for the hood and shirt i would add a bit more shading and maybe arm seperations on the darker red undershirt of the shirt?

Also the bowtie looks outlined with gold so I would adivse you to remove these lines, maybe make them only on one side or thicker instead?
As for now they aren't actually that visible either,,

As for the ears, I would tilt them a bit more outwards to achieve a more natural look I guess?
They look very stiff atm and tilting should solve that

I really love it tho! The hairstyle is unique and well done, the ears show a perfect amount of not too much but also not too less detail and the layered fur looks amazing and the idea with the hood is cute too, makes it look like the hood isn't above her hair but instead sitting at the back of her head

Ears wise, I'd say go for a warmer shade, more like dark brownish, as the current color is a little out of place (too cold conparing to the rest). Maybe you could try the Iberian or Timber wolf colors below ^^

I actually really like the darker shading on the hair, it looks crisp and different, really nice contrast imo, especially on the braids. Maybe you could also use that shade for the ears to make everything goes together.
