I mean. its a.. kinda not that detailed when it comes to the yukata shes wearing.. and um i like the eyes . hair is fine but the shadow marks are not placed really well. the band suits the mask with the color ; i like the mask . band maybe idk since its the 6th hokage i prefer it to be like the one's in naruto , overall would give it a 5/10 good designing but needs details and adjustment.

The "no outlines" guide is supposed to mean don't use outlines as the primary thing to separate areas. The eyes in the dino I wouldn't really count as an outline design, as they just help make the eyes look very crazy 😄
