In my opinion the hair looks pretty much like plastic due to the highlights and because it is just traight lines I guess. Also I would suggest to make the strains thinner in the tips and not round

The eyes problem is especially the black lines around, ehich should probably be the eyelashes? Sadly these don't really have a shape ^^' If you look at the Iris you see, that the eyes are in a weird rotation too ^^'
