Usually , you should color the outline same as the color you used to fill, because WWO style doesn't allow outlines

@buoyant zealot u still think the hairshape in the ponytail is a bit weird because usually ponytails get smaller at the bottom because there are less strands/the strands end earlier

Cape looks real blocky/a bit to big, the sword as well too big and I don't understand why the mask looks like someone burned the edges of it or nibbled on it
Arms are too small and the edges of the hair should rather go behind her ear because the hair is tied up FlusteredKitty

No it's not, it's good actually😁

But there's a few things you can change:

•I can see that there's black outlines on the clothes, which are not allowed

•I really like the hair, but it looks like only the top right part is shaded, and the rest are just the same, you could add some shading to that part too.

•I like the eyes too ^^ But it seems that the left eye is closer to the nose than the right one. Make sure that they have the same distance, and make the eyebrows more thicker.
>I'm not sure if the grey part on your eyes are gradient, but gradients aren't allowed. The WWO style uses full color, so you should use cell shading.

Yes, you should use different colors to shade the shirt, and not use black outlines to separate one color to another
