I would suggest to make the plate less like it is standing. Maybe lower so the food would not fall down? And I liked the scetched hat you made more, because nobody would wear the hat like this tbh and it just looks weird and like she has an extremely big head.

If someone has copyright on a piece of art,writing or music, it is illegal to reproduce it without their permission. Logos mostly show, that something is copyrighted (Adidas, Nike etc. while the logos are also copyrighted).
Not only logos are copyrighted, but also drawings of someone else and Anime (Naruto, Tokyo ghoul (kaneki Ken)etc.), since they were made from someone else.
Characters from other games (Identity V etc.), characters from series (Game of Thrones etc.) and movie characters (Joker, Batman etc.) are also included in this rule.
You can always use them as a reference, but as soon as it is too similar, it will get rejected and you have to change it. Sometimes if items in game get changed, it is because they are too similar to the reference, which is mentioned above. Please note that u will have to provide ALL references you used when submitting the Design.
The reason for this rule is, that Devs can get in legal trouble, if the implent something ingame, which is copyrighted.
File Format:
File formats are the standard ways how information is encoded to storage it on a computer. There are many different types, but the most important for us to design avatars is ".svg" and ".png". What is the difference about these?
.png: This is the format which is used in the voting gallery ingame. It is a file, which is based on pixels. It is similar to the .jpg file and used to storage graphics on websites etc.. Basically all drawing apps for mobile and also vector programs use .png.
.svg: This file is a "Scalable Vector Graphics" file which means, that it is a XML-based text format to describe how the image should appear. These files can be scaled without loosing quality and are often used to create graphics so it can be in different sices later. This is the format you need if your design goes ingame
