Heyo, cute design :3 I like your eyes. Still, there are a few things to improve, also to match WWO design guidelines

• Gradients. In your case its the blurred brush used for shading. It's better to use solid shapes, with or without transparency

Now the aesthetics:

• Your design lacks highlighting and shading, making it a little flat. Lighting tends to come from the right so you could put some reflection on that side. This applies also for the acorns, squirrels nose and teeth
• The "fur" on his belly is almost invisible. I suggest using a bit darker grey, and shade them in a V shape with some curves, or redraw it with some fur one the sides. That would help I believe :)
• The light reflection is mirrored (meaning light seems to come from opposite direction). I would flip the left highlight to be the same as the right one.

Anyways, there's a lot of potential in this one, so keep it up

If you look at Nagini's work here, this is how we should shade for wwo designs - using solid shapes for shadows and highlights :) designs need to be traced into vector later for soft brushes and gradients make it pretty difficult
