@vast tide first of all I think you need to adjust your fringe, as no fringe go in a straight line with random strands that way. I would make more pointy strands, and shade only the tips of them, likely in a V shape. If you see my suggestion, where my lines go thicker is where I would shade it. I hope you get what I mean ^^

I would make the highlight on the lower lips a little thinner, and maybe also some light reflection on the lower lips as well
As for the gold jewelries, maybe make the gold color a little more saturated? They look pretty pale on white clothes ^^

For the foreground, maybe a crystal 🔮 with the galaxy inside? Or maybe a golden harp, I think it would stand out from the galaxy in the bg better ^^

This is an amazing skin and idea can't wait to see the final results!

Tho i got some minor points to critique

First off, the eyes look quite good but the iris is too close to the inner tip, usually the iris' are rather more towards the outer corner and there is a bigger gap to the inner corner, i'd also advise you to make the inner corner of the eye go > instead of _/

The lips lack of shading at the moment, they look like one big lip, so i'd advise you to add darker shading inbetween the upper and downer lip :3

Also, the white mesh colour is outlined, and outlines are unfortunately not allowed, i'd also shade the mesh part with some low opacity black because right now it really blends and doesn't quite look as if it were ruffles what i suppose it should be?

As for the rest of the shirt i don't quite get your intentir, or what you want it to be, the decolté looks very odd and she is a girl, those usually have boobs, so the purple shirt sits too low

Also are these sleeves supposed to be puffed sleeves like from a princess dress?
If yes the should either go 💭 like that and be closer to the middle of the body

The gold lacks shading, atleast the one on her chest it just looks like a big golden blob, you should add highlights to it because gold is usually shiny, tho i don't really think gold fits the galaxy theme...

I'd make the thing on her collar silver and her crown maybe a purple-ish silver
because galaxy is cold, we got a lot of white and cold purple going on, and then the gold just pops too much in a negative way...

Other than that i love it, especially the background, you've made great progress with it keep that up! 💕
