so like simona and jennio said it looks really pretty but there were a few things i noticed:
-the tea party theme is really hard to notice, that is why i asked it first, maybe make it a little more clear that itis a tea party? maybe put a teapot or some more cups next to it to make it more clear
-it is really bright, i know it is paster but tone the satturation a bit down, if i look a bit too long at it im getting blind 👀
-the balloons may be a bit more visible, toning the saturation up by 5% should be enough i think, maybe 10% if it is really needed
-her arm is pink? make it a bit more natural with skin color, maybe something like this? (see picture)
-the left side is pretty blank imo, maybee a little bit of shading to fill it up will help

Also for the balloons i assume you mean opacity? Cuz they are transparent, and i already merged them into a 100% layer that means i cant go more up with the opacity :p

The glove is a pink silk glove to make it look classy, most classy gloves go up until over your elbow but are mostly worn with sleeveless dresses :p
I'd hate to change the colour because it'll look to matt then and lose it's silk-y effect

-remove the outlines, most programs have an option to remove those
-try to smooth out your lines, it makes everything look pretty janky with lines like those.
-try to make left and right side the same for this type of mouth. It sill look a lot cleaner with that
-add some shading to it, because now it looks pretty 2D and like a sticker sticking to her face

Overall this is a decent start, but when designing you have to keep the style guide in mind (see pinned messages) it also helps to download one of the templates to design, desinging an avatar on an existant avatar is just not a good plan 😅 i know you can do this
