So first of all, I see the improvements ^^ you changed the hair and it looks less glued on the head the shirt has more details and you added front and back item.
I think the shirt is totally fine ^^
But.... In my opinion the left site of the hair looks really weird..... Like you cut something out.
The other thing i see is the shading. Maybe you can make it less like one circle but like hair xD
Also the dark strains look like they don't fit there 👀
The front item is okay, but what is it?
The same feedback as before for the mask.
In my opinion the back item is just weird..... Can you maybe remove it?

@sturdy jewel hey, I like your outfit but I see a few problems for me:

The eyes are too wide. This would look awkward if I wanted to use the eyes on any other skin.

The front item. I get that the colors match, but I wish there was a hint of the front item somewhere else. Either that or maybe flowers in front to match the flower in her hair.

The lips aren’t big, but I do believe they need moved down maybe a quarter of an inch.

Hairline's a tad too high as well and the grey shirt should be a bit straighter down at the arms and not exactly follow the body template shape ^^

They round up to her belly right now which would only be like that if she folds her hands together in front of her belly and in that case the gred shirt should be a bit curved in front of the red overalls if you want to achieve that effect :3

the black shading in the hair is way too dark compared to the other colors u used, and the other highlights and shadows around the hair should be the other way around
the wings could use shading or highlights since they’re just one color now, also they aren’t placed right in the middle since on the right side of the neck there’s a white space and on the left there isn’t
the shading on the mask is on the wrong side, shading is on the left as done in the body
eye highlights are mirrored and is not recommended
the eyeliner could be a smoother line imo

Sorry I painted on your work, I was just "okay I'm gonna fix a bit here, a bit there", and I ended up changing a bunch of things xD it was a good practice for me tho, I've never drawn on the phone before

Imo this is how hair shading should look, I just fixed some strands and highlights to make it more natural. I made the lips more curvy (so that it looks a bit higher), but I think it should be made smaller now)

The panda would look better without actually shading the fur, and only draw actual highlights and shadows. I didnt do much here because I just realized I stood in front of my bathroom for almost 30 minutes now ;w;

I always Design creepy eyes, but as long as it fits the avatar it is fine. In my opinion this eye type fits the avatar, same for the mouth. Also the designer decides what he want to do In the end

Here is how I would restructure your hair. If I understand it correctly, the hair kind of starts from the middle of his head and spreading towards both directions, so the hair can be parted like I drew. I would try to shade and highlight each segment of the hair (instead of shading only the tip of it, which looked odd to me).

Also I think it will look more balanced if you make a connection between the haid above the ears and under it. At the moment it looked like he has the "upside down bowl" hairstyle (not sure if this is your intention ;)), but its a bit too wide and slightly imbalanced his head.

Mainly the shadow on the girls lips is troubling, it should connect completely to the lips (not leaving edges). Guys lip shadown is fine, could use some shading on the lips too

@buoyant zealot I understand that you want to keep the black strands, and obviously you can, but you need to restructure your hair and highlight/shade your strands better

First of all you need to figure out where your hair split. From what you draw, I guess it starts from the top right of the head, and from there you can start parting your hair

Second, most highlights start from the root/split, so when your draw your dark strands, they should also start from there, otherwise they will just look oddly added.

I'm pretty busy today so I won't be able to show you what I mean, but here are some references you could use for male hair shading. Hope it helps :)

Hm this looks interesting ^^ I really like the hood, but it looks kinda edgy.
Shirt:

I can not see that much, because the probably hair is in front of it xD but currently it looks like it is just a big black shape without any thing. Maybe you could add some more detail? I can not make a difference between the shirt and the background to be honest.
Hood:
The hood is really nice, especially the leaves ^^ It makes a beautiful color sheme and I think with more details it could look much better. Currently I think about something like lines which could be like little cracks in a tree
For the leaves I would suggest to make the whitish parts more dark because then it looks more like shading, than like you drew white lines on it. If you know what I mean
also the bottom part of the hood which is not connected with the shirt looks weird. I wouls suggest to connect them and add more details on the shirt. Maybe also using a lighter black, because this type of black looks hard and is extremly hard to shade. Maybe you can also make the hoods shape less edgy?
Mask:
Well.... it is black xD
Hair:
As everything else, it is extremly hard to see...... and the hairline is too high...........

Create a Medibang account and in the "add brushes" section on your "cloud" it'll show you a brush called "Symmetry Pen"
Or you can draw something for one side and then click on the three dots in the layer section, select "duplicate" and then do "flip horizontally"

@radiant totem I really like the concept, but the eyes are too low and close together, the shading on the inner shirt might be a bit too dark and the lips are quite low too. the highlights of the hair could be more well distributed

@granite rune Love the hand, it's very epic, but it might be hard to combine with other outfits since it has the green glow, thats ust my personal opinion though. Love the eyes a lot!
I dont really like the highlights in the hair they seem too white and shiny, the hair on top of the head might look better if it was more even
the leaves are blending in with the hair colour a lot
I dont really understand the green bits on the shirt, i cant really understand how that would look or make sense as a real clothing

and the idea of the clothing is pretty simple, there are metal green circles that make a metallic "fishnet" and they are tied together through those black thingys

I always recommend doing shading and highlights on two different layers with pure white for highlights and pure black and dark grey for shading

Then you turn the shading opacity to around 25% and the highlight opacity to 8-12% and look if it fits, if the highlights are too light -> turn the opacity down
If they are too dark -> turn the opacity up

If the shading is too dark -> turn the opacity down
" " Too light -> turn it up

Hoods need to be fit around the default head shape so the part of the hair should get covered
