there are just some minor things you could improve, for instance

I'd move the eyes a bit further up and would make the corner of the eye sharper, as usually eyes start sharp-ish and end sharp-ish and the middle part is the round one, also i noticed you mirrored the eye highlights!

That's nothing too bad in particular it's just that mirrored eye highlights make it look like the person is looking into two different directions with each eye so the highlights should either both be on the left side or both on the right side!

As for the hair i got the impression the hair is way fluffier around the upper head half and gets pretty slim and flat around the ears!

I'd advise you to add a bit more of hair like right above the ears
Then i'd prefer the bun to be less round and a bit flatter, as usually even if using a... bun cushion? What most ballet dancers use the bun'd still look a tad flatter at the top!
Also i'd add a bit of shading where the bun goes over to the bowtie, as for the shirt, it looks a bit too straight currently, the shirt should bend a bit more and either go like (^'^) than going like |^'^| if you get what i mean?

Also i'd maybe add a front or back item? As back item maybe the poofy skirt ballet dancers have? With a bit of perspective it could show a tad behind her as a little O circle like thingy!

Or maybe ballet shoes as front item?

However i really love this outfit and its a very good beginning, if it's your first one amazingly well done keep up the great work!
