It doesnt matter at all if you use mobile or a professional device, most ppl are amateurs here anyways so dont ever think PC stuff will be like prefered than mobile stuff bc in the end it depends on whether ppl like your stuff or if they dont
If you make an high quality or idk what avatar on PC but ppl don't like it, that doesnt help you either
Just keep designing on whatever device you like to and never feel pressured to use a professional app or a professional device like a graphic tablet because the point in designing is that it makes fun and you can be proud of your result in the end

The eyebrows look chunky and like its getting thicker at the end it usually stays the same or gets thinner
The 2nd eyebrows blend in with the haircolour and the bg is a tad too high placed and lacks shading and details compared to the rest
