The shirt doesnt rly look very cupid-y tbh neither does the rest of it except for the eyes
The eyes are p cute but the under eyelashes are p unrealistic
Also you mirrored the eye highlights, that is sort of a no-go because the eyes reflect light in the same way and not in an opposite way ^^
The lips are cute but i am not a fan of the arrow because it looks like its sticked into her skin over her lips and is coming out of her mouth on the other side
which seems p hurtful
Maybe move the end of it more onto the lips, same for the pointy tip of it, and make it smaller
Other than that its a p cute concept but the shirt looks either a tad dark yk for a cupid design

In her eye shadow theres a gradient, which isn't allowed. The eyebrows also seem to have some sort of gradient(?) or at least very thinly stroked, which it shouldn't. In the hair, the shadows are very obviously pencil strokes, and you should try to make it pointy instead of rounded (instead of (=), make it <=>). The shirt's head hole seems to be uneven, and it would be nice if you tried to make arms for it. I think it's a really nice design, especially for the first try, so I really hope you'll work on it

It's just, that the ears are extremely edgy and small :/ (on the human) the closed eyes looks pretty big and I think there is not enough shading. The eyebrows are extremely long and I would use another shading method for the hair ^^' it looks flat and like it's glued on the head.... On the shirt are no visible arms and the cat nose on the mask looks edgy too.
