@waxen edge are the houses and lamps background items? If yes, then no outlines and gradient. Also draw the lamps yourself (if you did draw them then wow)
The eyes have gradient but it could look like this because discord is shi... And I can't zoom that much. The eyes look like they are placed too low too....
The hair idea is really nice and the shading is okay... But I don't like the highlights... Try to make them more like hair and not like dots.... Also the hair part on top looks like she got hit by a sword right into her head....
