Hmm this one looks interesting do you know why these eyes looks weird? Because the iris is mirrored. Try to make them in the same direction and a little bit bigger? Are these outlines around the iris? The eyes could be a little bit farther away from each other too
Shading in the hair is pretty hard. You can try to make "lines" to show in which direction the hair is😉
For the shirt I would prefer, if you remove these black lines for the arms. You can make shadows to get the same effect and it would probably looks better
