I think the scepter is fine, nothing in the Hermes outfit is a direct copy from any of the references, unlike that snake, which is literally tracing.
i don't think it should be changed at all, it looks really good as is. For the grave though, i do think a sandal would look better on it.

Try to fill up the gaps a bit like this. The edges look too much like small invidual strands

@mint scarab Unfortunately, i'm unfamiliar with that program so i really can't offer help on it. But, if you can't import the file and you want to make avatars, then I suggest maybe switching art programs. I personally use Firealpaca, it's free and it has a lot of helpful tools, and if you use a laptop or pc i think it's a really good one. If you're on mobile, i've heard a lot of good things about Medibang paint and IBS paint x, which i believe are also free.
There are also a few other programs listed in pinned messages if the ones i mentioned aren't to your liking. ❤
