theres improvement, thats good! but the lines in the hair are unnatural and those at the bottom look like outlines.i also suggest using a lighter colour as it contrasts way too much with the base colour. the highlights could also have more of a structure rather than just an entirely random scribble, it should follow the shape of the hair

the ring(?) around her head is also confusing, is it a front item, part of the hair or a back item?
