tbh it looks pretty good, the wings look like they have outlines (dont really look like shadows), the eyes seem a bit too shiny and the hairband blends in with the costume ^^

Idk xD the eyes just have much different colours xD and yes on mobile it's really shiny ^^' the problem is, that I draw on my PC and there are the colours different. The shield's (is that a shield?) shape is weird, asymetrical and it just looks weird.
The armor seems overshaded and too detailed. Make it be like 1 color with not hard to see details..
The helmet is just weird. Also what are the things on the ears and below them?
The eyes are too wide and just weird. What are those orange things in them?
The spear looks weird, especially parts below the arrow. Also the arrow is black which just doesn't fit with the design, i'd say make it gray to make it look like iron maybe?
The gravestone is asymetrical, seems to be falling to the left side... and the gold color for the bird is too dark.
Overall, it should be made "smoother", symetrical and some colors should be changed, but a cool design.
That's all just my opinion and apologies if some sentances make no sense. I just woke up lol

@gilded trench omg it looks so good! I like the hat maybe you can make the top of it a little more like a real hat.... add a little area so there.... Maybe you can fix the lines on the hat too but that's not really necessary. It's just that you have one area with more lines and the one area is without any line... The eyes look a little big and far away but the colour combination is really cool and you can use it. I like this hair but maybe you could make it a little bit smoother

@onyx jackal nice idea. It looks a bit messy but that's probably because you drew it on mobile. For the hat: outlines aren't allowed. I think you didn't use them but the brown lines around it looks like outlines. I think they're not necessary and i would remove them. Did you draw the heat into it? You don't have to. Also you don't have to take the shadow of the naked man on the clothes. Or did you just use another opacity? The same with the clothes.... You want to make an ice cream so maybe you should use a little bow on the shadow site. Like this you can show that it is round. If it is a shirt I would add arms. You can show it with little shadow lines.
And a little idea for the background: an ice cream van?
