I think change the eye color, it's too bright and stands out, and not in a very good way.
The arms part of the shirt, maybe try curving them upwards a little bit to make it looks more real, and add some sort of design either like, a small cut out, or maybe small collar decoration, or just a pattern on the shirt so it doesn't seem as bland, just my opinion 👀💜

That's cause of the colors actually.. There's a little difference over there but I can handle that

And the red and pink don't fit

The top patient of the shirt is to flat

If I make them bigger it looks weird I think but I can try
