there shouldnt be any outlines (eyeshadow) and usually the inner part of the eye doesnt have any black lines but its interesting!
it does remind me of back when i was 12 i had a friend who drew anime eyes like mouths with tongues sticking out

@quick harbor I would take that green outline on the arms, and stop it at the armpit. And maybe take the cat down to where you only see the top half of the cat, and you could make it like its dreaming of fish or mice or something? That would add to the empty space. You are a talented artist, I LOVE the eyes you made

Outfit looks weird itβs isnβt the normal shape of a avatar. No outlines. Try more hair like curves. Eyes look okay but eyebrows look wird and the for and behind items look not really good. Just keep practicing.

You could also move the ear
On the very right side you show the point of where the hairline starts, tho the hair should start a little deeper
Do you work by drawing directly over the skin or do you make it invisible? Because to me they look very good in their own but it seems like they aren't made for the body template directly
