@spare sluice it isn't about how long it took to do, it's about the quality of work produced. You need more practice and in time, your work will improve, but for now I personally don't think it's good enough to be in the game just yet. Not everyone's designs are going to make it into vote, you just have to be patient and keep working to improve.

Honestly, I don't think it fits to the game's style yet..:/
I'm unsure with the hair, because I don't know why it's covering her face that much
and you intimate the strands, maybe you could draw it a bit more detailed? 😊
What are the pattern there? Are those leaves?
The scarf is cool, I don't think we got that much of them in game, but I think it should fall straight down. It looks like it's floating ;)
The shirt should be more detailed and I'd leave the red part off 🤔
All in all it looks a bit pixelated:/
I would recommend you to practice designing on a more easier and default skin and perfect this skin afterwards 😉 🙂
