We always say "Hair can't go behind the back" but we mean that it can't follow the shape of the body/clothes. Because then, when you use it with different clothes, it looks weird.

Here's an example. The red hair is cut out in a way to look like "behind the back". The hair layer is over the shirt layer, meaning that it will cover the shirt. Now there's that blue shirt with a cool spike shape. If you combined these two, the hair would make the spike shirt look as if it was way smaller and rounder then it is.

yea I used svg converter app to turn my vector drawing into a jpeg to show an image of the project.

In inkscape on the right side there's an export button, when you use it select "Drawing" (or something similar), it'll put every part where you drew something into a transparent png (there's probably also jpeg option). That way will probably be a lot easier

It's a nice concept, but it might still need some work. Let's start with the hair: there's this thing called hairline. It's the point until which most humans have hair on their heads. You've got skin showing somewhat too high on the head, where there should be hair. I get that the hair got ears, but try giving them a slightly different color than the rest of the hair, so that they are easier to recognise. The eyebrows are ussually longer and also above the middle of the eye, not just on the beginning. That general eye shape is quite unusual, maybe try putting the outer end of it further down so it's more round. I also suggest making the iris slightly more visible. You've got cat ears and nose, teeth that might be cat or bat, and a bone, associated with dogs, on the collar. Maybe change that collar to someone more cat-y ?

It's a neat concept, but seems kinda messy as it is. I'd recommend you to do the scarf differently, so that it interacts more with the rest of the body. F.e. being bigger at the face and thinner around the neck, also maybe positioned in a way it doesn't cover the mouth as much or at least differently. I also can't tell which facial expression you were going for with the very different eyebrows.

It's a really awesome drawing, but does not quite fit with the style in game. The in-game style got neither outlines nor gradients. Especially on the shirt, try creating the lines you want with shading instead. Also, we sadly can't do a full background, or day / night won't be visible when in game.
