It's also the fact that devs are so inflexible about the paid offers. They have the chance to sell the outfits separately. They already have the designs so they can easily remove the role card, which bulks up the price a lot. They basically ditched the old way they sold outfits (they only sell new ones when one of Milk's outfits didn't get into bp). So they took away something from f2p players, made it worse then handed it to p2p players.
