Problem is, if you switch two villagers, it does nothing. Switch a villager and wolf, Wolf is now a villager and can rat the other wolves out (Same with wolf/solo swap). Swapping two wolves would hardly ever work, as you'd need to get very lucky. Swapping a villager & solo voting does nothing. It wouldn't really work any way
