title says all, players spawning at victory island during pre-game public lobbies make sense cause you barely wait for a game to start while you are there
but custom matches can start indefinitely and being stuck to a small portion of the map whenever the host goes on a short break or they suddenly go afk for whatever reason kinda gets boring
so it would be better if players could use that time to train at the shooting range instead, just like you used to be able to do pre-saw

and this makes sense even more when the host switches to mystery mode, so players can check the speed of the bullets during slow bullet or fast bullet modes

another way this could be approached is if during custom matches you are able to go inside the building that's blocked by the guards so you get to access the mole system, but the tunnel is restricted to only welcome center
