Right now reporting players who are violating community guidelines in the hub is awkward. You have to either back out of the social hub to get to recent players which is awkward to do currently due to it being awkward to get to specific hubsm or find the player and press e. Sometimes you cant find the player because they poof into a match. Adding recent players to either BananOS lets you still report the players easier, and would make reporting people for violating community guidelines happen more often.

Seconding. Had an experience today where I went to report a player behaving very inappropriately and because it was fairly urgent I had to walk up and hit E. They immediately noticed I had approached them and began hovering and emoting at me (muted at this point) but it was kind of obvious? Which negates part of the purpose of a report.
I would have preferred to be able to mute them in the match I was being harassed rather than after and add a layer of confrontation.

I just personally think making it easier to take those actions will help both the players in controlling the game and making it more comfy for them via muting and for moderation because if people a dicentivized to report, they will do it a lot less frequently which will lead to more unresolved issues in the game potentially.

Of course not everyone bothers. But making it feel awkward and take so much out od the gameplay loop makes people not want to bother more.

Yeah, the more troubling part for me is when someone knows a report is needed or feels uncomfortable and then doesn't know how, so doesn't, and then is less likely to play again overall especially if they're new. Ping is bad enough post update I can't even really server hop to take breaks from others personally so that tactic is out. I have seen more rude behaviour than ever just post SAW update while reporting is harder.
The report menu has also suffered from the fact that you see everyone who was in your lobby so have to go find the person or people bothering you. Harassment hasn't been listed as a clear report option still either (despite text harrassment being the most common report I have encountered). Too many barriers, and people tap out when they shouldn't and bad behaviour perpetuates.
I actually expected to be able to report with Clara (I think: the Mouse NPC in Welcome Center) and was surprised I couldn't.
Re the seeing everyone bit, I would love if it simply reordered to show you most recent game first and then recent lobby second or we have tabs.
